Our commitment to animal welfare has allowed the Company to obtain the voluntary Animal Welfare certification according to the ClassyFarm protocol for three consecutive years. Together with our farmers, we’re developping new collaborations with veterinary doctors to improve the level of animal welfare in our stables.

We’re investing in renewable energy, primarly photovoltaics, in order to self-produce at least 20% of the energy we consume by 2025.

With more than 40 years of experience in the production and packaging of Parmigiano Reggiano, we are now one of the leading players in hard cheese packaging and international distribution of Italian gastronomic tradition food products.

We pay close attention to the sourcing of all our raw materials, from milk to cheese to packaging, through the establishment of strict protocols and procedures, which are essential to ensure the high quality that characterizes our products along the value chain.

Circularity in waste and scrap management

The principle that no raw material is wasted has always been in DalterFood Group DNA.
When it comes to products coming from DalterFood Group’s production process, raw materials are a 100% recovered. The totality of our processed cheese crusts and cheese plates are used to enrich our blends.

We recognise the importance of measuring our own environmental performance in order to monitor adherence to current regulations and set further improvement goals.

For this reason, the company protects and promotes the value of human resources, granting them appropriate training and professional development tools at their disposal, with the aim of improving and increasing the assets and competitiveness of the skills possessed by each employee.
