How we portion our cheeses

At our plant in Sant’Ilario d’Enza we portion and pack a wide range of PDO and traditional Italian, hard and semi-hard cheeses, turning them into single-servings, snacks, toppings or ingredients for use in any type of recipe.

Flakes, slivers, matchsticks, nuggets: The variety of cuts we offer is proof of our ability to meet any need, whether in terms of shape, size or thickness, in order to enhance any recipe.

With more than 20 production lines, we continue to invest in technology in order to offer our customers formats that are more practical, versatile, and able to guarantee maximum freshness and food safety for aged and Made-in-Italy cheeses, with an ever greater focus on environmental sustainability.
