Our Parmigiano Reggiano
The unmistakable flavour of Parmigiano Reggiano is closely tied to its homeland. We produce it at our two mountain cheese factories, in the heart of the Reggio Emilia Apennines, according to the traditional method. We produce 255 whole Parmigiano Reggiano cheeses every day, whether they are conventional, organic, Mountain Product or Only From Pezzata Rossa Cows, which we portion out and package at our plant in Sant’Ilario, to offer a wide range of cuts and packs that can meet all the needs of our customers, industries, catering and retailers.
Our supply chain is transparent and sustainable, from our farmers to our cheese factories and plant. It is also Animal Welfare certified according to the Classyfarm protocol.
