Società Agricola Sant’Eufemia s.s.
Azienda Agricola Sant’Eufemia is a very young company, born in February 2022 from the passion of its equally young owner, Maria Rosa Ferrari.
‘I am the daughter of farmers and I grew up among animals, without them I couldn’t live. I talk to them, they listen to me… I think nature deserves our utmost respect, which is why we decided to create a barn where the animals could be really well, with a pasture, where our cows can be free.”
Today, the farm cunts 40 lactating cows and 25 hectares of land cultivated according to organic farming principles, where hay is produced to feed the animals.
“My greatest satisfaction is to create a healthy product, the way it used to be made: milk is a primary food, it is important that it is made well. The added value of our company? The family, the awareness of always having someone to count on”.
