Located at an altitude of 500 m above sea level, an optimal position in terms of climate and the environment for perfectly aged Parmigiano Reggiano, it is classified as a mountain cheese factory. It opened for business in 1945, as a small cooperative mountain dairy farm, and has been part of our group since 2005. It now has an outstanding production capacity of 70 wheels a day.
