Cutting and packing

At our facilities in Sant’Ilario d’Enza and Parma, we portion and package hard and semi-hard cheeses, including PDO and traditional Italian varieties, transforming them into snacks, single portions, toppings and ingredients suitable for a wide range of uses.

Flakes, shavings, matchsticks and nuggets are just some of the 20 format types we produce, designed to meet the needs of the food industry, food service and retail sectors in terms of shape, size and thickness.

With 26 production lines across our facilities, we continuously invest in technology to offer increasingly practical and versatile packaging solutions, ensuring maximum freshness and safety for aged cheeses and Italian dairy specialties.
