This transaction marks the opening of a new commercial branch in the country, reinforcing the Group’s presence in one of the most strategic markets in Europe.
A Commercial Branch to Accelerate Growth in the French Market

In this context, establishing a direct presence in France represents a key element of the Group’s strategy to strengthen its position across major European markets.
The new branch will enable the Group to implement in France the commercial model already successfully developed in the United Kingdom and Germany, thereby boosting overall competitiveness.
The acquisition is part of a targeted growth strategy designed to consolidate DalterFood Group’s role in France as a reference partner for large-scale retail, the food industry, and specialized channels.
Furthermore, the expertise developed by For Food France brings significant added value, thanks to its deep knowledge of the local market and its proximity to customers – crucial factors for ensuring greater operational flexibility and faster service to customers.
The new French commercial branch will be led by Mauro Zuliani, founder of For Food France, who will remain a partner in the project, ensuring continuity and future development. With over 30 years of experience in the dairy sector and a solid multinational background, Zuliani founded For Food France in 2020, quickly establishing it as a key player in the distribution of Italian cheeses in the French market.
An Expanded Product Offering and an Even Stronger Market Presence
The launch of the new branch will allow DalterFood Group to further expand its offering for the French market, starting with Dalter’s own Parmigiano Reggiano—the Group’s flagship product.
Moreover, having a direct presence in the country will promote closer proximity to customers, the development of local expertise, and consistently high standards of product and service quality, with the aim of generating long-term sustainable value.
