Colline di Canossa, the cradle of our Parmigiano

The heart of our Parmigiano Reggiano production, where every day, in our two cheese factories in Selvapiana and Cigarello, we produce 200 wheels of this cheese. The first link in our supply chain, it handles the purchasing of milk, that first high-quality raw material, and relationships with the farmers who are our group’s partners.

This is the main headquarters for the group, in the Sant’Ilario d’Enza facilities, where, for over 45 years, we have portioned and packaged hard Italian and foreign cheeses with care and with passion, distributing them throughout the world.
