Azienda Agricola di Palladini was established in 2014 and stems from the owner’s passion for animals.
It has 118 animals, 52 of which are in lactation, and manages to meet 90% of its fodder needs with its cultures.
“The most beautiful thing about this job is the tranquillity, being in nature and the relationship with the animals. Passion is indispensable in this job, there is always something new to learn”.

Animal welfare plays a key role for Luca, who in addition to investing in mats for the cattle and fans, has started a pasture for the animals in the dry phase. The pasture, covers an area of forest and meadow and contains a stream.  It is an added value for the farm, since Luca decided to have the cows calve right in the pasture.
“Focusing on quality is the strength of the farm,” says Luca. “Having a relationship with Dalter has always pushed me to do better in this respect.
The owner’s future plans include being able to expand and eventually buy the farm where he now rents.
