Azienda Agricola Lamberti Tonino
The company was established 60 years ago and has been passed down through generations until the current management by Roberto and his daughters Alessia and Elisabeth.
They currently have 196 head of cattle, 100 of which are milking.
Attention to animal welfare is sought through the adoption of new bunks and new drinking troughs as well as a pasture for the heifers.
“The best thing about this job is being able to work as a family and to be independent. My family has been working in this business for three generations, so it is nice to be able to carry on the tradition.”
For young Alessia and Elisabeth, what makes this job exciting is “the constant contact with nature and the animals as well as being able to continue their father’s job”.
