From milk collection to the production of our Parmigiano Reggiano and up to its distribution, we have worked to create a supply chain model that is both ethical and balanced, where excellence is the top value to be rewarded; we have focused on improving local production facilities and supporting small local businesses, from the dairy farmers to our cheese factories in the mountains.
